The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during holidays and sale periods.

Is your order not exactly what you expected and would you like to return it? No problem, we will guide you through the returns process.
Returns can be made 14 days after delivery.
Items that have been opened, used or damaged can not be returned
Sale items can only be returned for another item
Important: we do not cover the costs of the return
Damages made due to wrongful packaging will not be accepted.
How do you make a return?

You will receive your refund, by the way of the original payment method, within 14 days after we received the package.
Packages can be returned with any parcel service you prefer.
